The Japanese transaction pathway is fully supported

JapanoMa provides the Buying Brief, decision guidance and coordination
Katitas or another licensed local property partner handles the regulated property transaction
The local partner activates its established legal, tax, inspection and technical network
Each specialist is engaged for their own scope, just as they are for local customers
You remain the decision-maker and may seek additional independent advice at any time

Path B, appoint one if you prefer

Act as your formally appointed buyer-side property representative
Search and shortlist properties under your buyer mandate
Develop offer strategy and negotiate on your behalf
Carry the contractual duties defined in your buyer-agent engagement

JapanoMa continues decision guidance and coordination, working alongside the representative you appoint.

JapanoMa is not a buyer’s agent: it does not act as your licensed property representative, owe a buyer-agent duty, negotiate in that capacity or replace regulated advice. Whether to appoint one remains your choice.
