How we assess the seller side
We identify what needs to be true on the seller side for an overseas purchase to proceed smoothly, and what still needs to be confirmed. Where property- or seller-specific confirmation is required, it is handled through the licensed Japanese real estate agent. You bring us the property. We help you understand what the answers mean for your decision.
A$1,200 covers up to two properties. Weighing two houses against each other is the normal case, and the answer is different for each, so both are assessed in full.
From a third property onwards it is A$500 each, arranged with us rather than bought here.
